SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY

Shipping

For standard USPS shipping, when payment is received by the customer and is cleared by the bank processors, the customers order will be shipped within 1-3 business days. During holidays delivery times may be increased to 5-7 business days.

For Priority USPS shipping, when payment is received by the customer and is cleared by the bank processors, the customers order will be shipped within 1-2 business days. During holidays delivery times may be increased to 4-5 business days.

For overnight USPS shipping (when applicable), when payment is received by the customer by 12:00pm PST and is cleared by the bank processors, the customers order will be shipped same day. During holidays delivery times may be increased 1-2 days.

For international USPS shipping, when payment is received by the customer and is cleared by the bank processors, the customers order will be shipped within 1-3 business days. Delivery ranges from 7-20 days depending on where the order is delivering to.

Returns

We offer our first time customers a six month satisfaction guarantee on their first order placed with us. Any follow up purchase of the same product(s) after your first purchase is not covered by the guarantee. Your second purchase is a clear and final indication that you accept the product(s) as-is.

Because we ask you to give our products a minimum of one month’s use, we do not accept returns until this 30-day period has been completed. If you are not totally satisfied after at least 30 days of using the product, you may request a refund.

Our Satisfaction Guarantee is designed for a single user for up to 6 month use of product. Therefore, only one (1) bottle/package of your product can be opened to be eligible for a refund. All other packages/bottles of the same product must be in the factory-sealed container/box (resalable condition) to be eligible for a refund. The unit price of any non-resalable bottles (over the one allowed) will be deducted from your refund amount.  Unsealed bottles are eligible for a 50% refund minus the cost of shipping. Sealed bottles are eligible for 100% refund minus shipping

Undeliverable or Refused Packages
Refused or undeliverable orders will be refunded according to this policy, less all shipping and handling and a 20% return processing fee.  The customer is responsible for providing a deliverable postal address when placing the order.

You have six months from when your product was shipped to request a Return Merchandise Authorization for a refund. We do not issue RMA numbers past this six month period.

There is no additional fee for returns qualifying for our six month Satisfaction Guarantee. Also, we do not refund any shipping charges.

To begin your return, please complete these steps:

  1. Send an email to orders@potluckexpo.com to request an RMA# (Return to Merchant Authorization).  We will need your name and order # as well as your review of the product. We will reply with an RMA# for you to include with your return.
  2. Your RMA number will expire 7 days after being issued.
  3. If your package is not sent out within 7 days of issuing the RMA, your purchase will no longer be eligible for a refund.
  4. In order for your return to be accepted, you must ship back all of the empty bottles/packages (up to two opened) and any unused, unopened bottles/packages in their factory-sealed containers, along with an RMA # on the package.
  5. You are responsible for shipping costs to return the package to us.  All returned products must be shipped with a tracking number. If we do not receive your product, and you cannot prove your product was returned, or the product arrives damaged and in unusable condition, we will not issue a refund.
  6. Send your return package with RMA# to: POTLUCK LLC RMA#, PO BOX 90474, San Diego, CA 92169
  7. Once your return is received and inspected by our processing center (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and we will issue you a check for the return or credit to your Credit Card.

Return Payment

When a customer requests a return, PotluckExpo.com will issue a refund check in the mail to the customer if all criteria is met per our RMA instructions above.
